Do you allow children under 18 years of age?
No, the age limit is 18 years as our hotel is for Cool Adults Only.

When is check-in & check-out time?
The check-in time is 15:00 (3:00 PM) and the check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Can I check in earlier or check out later?
Yes, we are flexible! For guests who book directly with us, early check-in is available as soon as the room is ready. Late check-out is also free of charge, subject to availability.
Is your your pool open 24 hours?
Our pool operates round the clock to offer you the chance to indulge in a sexy midnight swim beneath the twinkling stars. It’s an opportunity to mingle with other PinkGuests. Our pool is adorned with captivating pink lights to enhance the allure of the experience.
Do I need both travel and medical insurance?
Yes. Life can be full of surprises. To enjoy your holiday with complete peace of mind, we strongly recommend having both travel and medical insurance by your side.
When is the best weather to visit Bali?
May to October is considered the dry season. During the other months, you might experience occasional showers—usually short and refreshing. That said, every day is a good day in Bali! A rainy day here is often better than a sunny day anywhere else. It really depends on what you’re looking for—rainy season can be wonderfully peaceful, with fewer crowds, lush landscapes, and not every day sees rain.
What times is your reception open?
Our reception is open from 7 AM to 7 PM. If you plan to check in after 7 PM, please inform us in advance. We will provide you with detailed instructions and a video guide on how to check in and access the property and your room.
Do the rooms have free wifi and how good is the connection?
We’ve upgraded to the latest technology to offer our guests free Wi-Fi, with connection speeds ranging from 100 to 150 Mbps—perfect for streaming, video calls, and remote work.
Is booking direct cheaper? What are the benefits of booking direct?

Will I be allowed to go out of the hotel during Nyepi?
No, during this annual religious event, guests can not leave the hotel.
Can you organize airport pick-up and transfers?
Hotel can provide transfers for 350k (24 euro) which will take around 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the traffic conditions.
How far is your nearest beach?
Balangan beach is 5 minutes away by bike.
Do you serve breakfast?
Yes, we do offer breakfast! Just let our team know one day in advance so you can view the menu and choose exactly what you’d like.
Do you serve lunch and dinner?
Our living room is open all day. We offer lunch and dinner options from 7 AM to 7 PM and can assist you with ordering from nearby restaurants as needed.
Does your restaurant have vegetarian,vegan and gluten-free options?
Yes, we have vegetarian and vegan dishes on the menu but no gluten-free. We can arrange this but need advance notice.
Do you provide iron, iron board and hairdryer?
Yes, we do. Hair dryers are in the rooms and an iron with iron board on request at no charge.
What is your cancelation policy?
It various and depends on the dates you are travelling. On our booking page you can find our cancellation policy for the different seasons.
Do you provide laundry services and how much you will charge me?
Yes, the hotel provides laundry service for 35k/kg (2 Euro/kg) which will take one day.
Do you have a minibar in the rooms?
All our rooms are equipped with a small fridge stocked with complimentary drinking water. Additionally, our living room features an honesty bar with drinks and snacks. Simply take what you like and write down your room number; the charges will be added to your bill.
How will my stay be if I stay at one room in Casanostra 2-Bedroom Suite?
Your stay in a private room at Casanostra’s 2-Bedroom Suite includes access to a spacious living room with a 65-inch Smart TV, offering a great opportunity to socialize with other guests. Please note that if you book only one room, the kitchen will not be accessible. The kitchen is available only when you book the entire 2-Bedroom Suite, which
includes both bedrooms, the kitchen, and the living room.

No, we have only double beds available.

Indonesian Rupiah. Money changer is nearby about 10 minutes by bike.
