Do you allow children under 18 years of age?
No, the age limit is 18 years as our hotel is for Cool Adults Only.
What do you mean by "Cool Adults Only?"
Cool Adults Only means fostering an atmosphere where guests embrace diverse perspectives and lifestyles with respect and acceptance. It’s about creating a space where everyone can be themselves without judgment, governed by local regulations yet allowing guests the freedom to define their own experience. When is check-in & check-out time?
The check-in time is 15:00 (3:00 PM) and the check-out time is 11:00 AM.
Can I check in earlier or check out later?
Yes, we are flexible. You may check in as soon as the room is ready. Late check-out is also available free of charge, subject to availability if you book directly with us through our website.
Do I need both travel and medical insurance?
Yes. Life can be full of surprises. To enjoy your holiday with complete peace of mind, we strongly recommend having both travel and medical insurance by your side.
When is the best weather to visit Bali?
The best time to visit Bali is April to October, but come any day because even a rainy day in Bali is better than a sunny day somewhere else.
What times is your reception open?
Our reception is open 24 hours and our night staff standby to assist with late arrivals and early departures.
Do the rooms have free wifi and how good is the connection?
We have updated the latest technology to provide our guests with free and fast internet but it also depends on what speed is available on the island. We did propose to Elon Musk to put one of his satellites above Bali, finger cross.
Is booking direct cheaper? What are the benefits of booking direct?
Yes, it is definitely cheaper to book directly with us and you will also receive exclusive free benefits. Enjoy extra perks, more flexibility, and those personal touches that make your stay even more special 💖
Will I be allowed to go out of the hotel during Nyepi?
No, during this annual religious event, guests can not leave the hotel.
Can you organize airport pick-up and transfers?
Our colleague in Front office can arrange you car transfers for 450k (24 euro) which will take around 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on the traffic conditions.
How far is your nearest beach?
Padang-Padang, famous surfing beach is 5 minutes away from us.
What are the opening times of your SPA?
From 09:00 until 18:00 hrs.
What are your opening times of your restaurants?
From 07:00 until 23:00 hrs.
Does your restaurant have vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free options?
Yes, we have vegetarian, vegan dishes, gluten-free and keto on the menu, just tell our colleagues in the restaurant for your request.
Do you provide iron, iron board and hairdryer?
Yes, we do. Hair dryers are in the rooms and an iron with iron board on request at no charge.
Can we rent motorbike at the hotel, and what’s the price?
Yes, the hotel can arrange motorbike rental at around 100k – 120k/day (7 – 8 Euro/day).
What is your cancelation policy?
It various and depends on the dates you are travelling. On our booking page you can find our cancellation policy for the different seasons.
Do you provide laundry services and how much you will charge me?
Yes, we cooperate with local laundry vendor to provides laundry service for 35k/kg (2 Euro/kg) which will take around one day or express laundry service that takes around 8-12 hours. Just drop your laundry at reception and we’ll take care the rest. Please inform our colleagues if you have expensive clothes or things that need special treatment.
Do you have a minibar in the rooms?
All our rooms have a small fridge with complimentary drinking water. At Honesty Bar we sell some snacks incl. drinks.
What is the difference between a Cocoon and a Grande room?
Cocoon rooms are slightly smaller than our Grande rooms.

You can apply through our own website. Click ‘Join the team’ and fill out the forms.
Do you have any room with twin beds?
No, but we can set up a separate sofa bed in all our rooms except Cocoon room.
What currency is accepted?
According to Indonesian government regulations, the Rupiah is the only currency allowed for transactions in Indonesia. However, we do accept credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) with no additional fees. If you prefer to exchange cash, a money changer is located nearby within walking distance.
Any construction going on in the hotel?
No major renovations are currently taking place.
Where is the nearest clinic?
5 minutes by car, and we’ll help you to call ambulance whenever you need it.
Where is the nearest ATM?
2 minutes by walk to the left or right, 15 metres from Pinkcoco Uluwatu.
