Making the decision to leave my reception position in Europe and move to another continent was incredibly difficult and took me several years to make, until I found PinkHotels.

The transition to becoming an Assistant Hotel Manager was challenging, but the exceptional support from PinkHotels management helped me navigate these hurdles and learn from my mistakes.

Now, as a Partner & Area Operational Manager, I am thrilled to be part of a company that feels like a true family.

My loyalty and passion for PinkHotels are immense, and I’ve even invested in the brand because I believe deeply in its unique culture, values and future. Working here is unlike any other hotel experience—I’m proud to be part of the PinkFamily!

I’ve always dreamed of working at PinkHotels because my favorite color is pink, and I’ve heard such amazing things from friends about how PinkHotels treats both its guests and staff with genuine care. Being accepted as an Assistant Hotel Manager on my birthday felt like the best present ever. I’m incredibly grateful to Pak Pancho for this opportunity and for believing in me. I’m also thankful for the fantastic working environment and the amazing team I have the pleasure of working with now. A huge thank you to PinkHotels and Pak Pancho for their support and for making this dream come true. I’ve since developed and have started my new role as a Hotel Manager and I’m very excited to continue growing and contributing more in PinkHotels.

I have worked with Pancho Llamas, owner of PinkHotels, for a long time, more than 15 years. I started as a Housekeeping staff member at Banyan Tree Hotel Bintan when he was the General Manager. When he created his own brand, PinkHotels, he invited me to join him as an Assistant Hotel Manager. I couldn’t believe it and immediately took on the challenge!

Pancho was a tough manager, and I’ll never forget his repetitive words: ‘NEVER GIVE UP.’ I learned a lot, especially during the challenging opening of PinkCoco Gili Air. It was difficult but ultimately rewarding. Now, he trusts me to manage PinkCoco Gili T as Hotel Manager, and I’ve helped make PinkCoco Gili T number 1 on TripAdvisor, thanks to his advice and my hard work and perseverance.

I’m incredibly happy and grateful to PinkCoco for allowing me to grow and develop.

I began my journey at PinkCoco Gili Trawangan as an Influencer Manager, where I quickly learned the importance of exceeding expectations. During this time, I helped PinkCoco achieve the top spot on TripAdvisor to be number one, a milestone I’m incredibly proud of. Over time, I’ve grown into my current role as Executive Rooms Division Manager, where I’m continuously learning and developing my skills. My goal is to keep progressing, with the dream of one day becoming a Hotel Manager. The support and collaborative environment at PinkHotels make it all possible, and I’m grateful to be a part of such a dedicated team. Thanks PinkFamily 💕

I started as a floor supervisor, then became a restaurant manager, and now I am an executive FNB manager. I spent the entire COVID period with Pinkcoco, even though those were challenging times. I always supported them, and they always taught me anything I asked for. Thanks to them, my loyalty, and hard work, I am now enjoying a role I never even dreamed of before.

A big thank you to the Pinkcoco management team, especially to our owner, Mr. Pancho, who always sets an example of perseverance. I am still learning a lot to prepare for even better positions in the future.

I started working at Pinkcoco Gili Air when it first opened in 2018, and I was very impressed and happy to join the team. I initially applied as a bartender with minimal experience, but the company provided an excellent opportunity to learn and grow. At Pinkcoco Gili Air, I was able to build my career, starting as a bartender, then advancing to supervisor bartender, and eventually becoming an assistant restaurant manager. I am very grateful to the owners, Mr. Pancho & Mrs. Ayu, and Mr. Daniel, for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to work there. It is important for me to acknowledge that Pinkcoco provides a supportive environment where we are given the space to learn and improve.

I was lucky enough to work as a night receptionist at PinkCoco Gili T, one of the most popular hotels. Because of my kindness, constant smile, and hospitality, the management decided to promote me to Influencer Manager at PinkCoco Gili Air. I absolutely love this new role—it feels like I’m truly being myself. Plus, the PinkCoco community feels like a second family, which makes it even better. I am really thankful to Pak Pancho and especially Daniel for giving me this opportunity.

I began as a trainee at PinkCoco Gili T during its opening in 2016. At that time, I didn’t even know English, but I was determined to learn. Through hard work, consistency, and a willingness to listen to my manager and continuously improve, I grew in my role. Today, I’m proud to be the Restaurant Manager at PinkCoco Gili Air.
