We have 8 telephone lines into our UK based North European Reservations Offices located on the outskirts of London. These are staffed by trained operators who are happy to discuss your requirements and to advise. Every hotel has been inspected and our people are quite happy to pass opinions.

E-mails are answered by real people who will check availability prior to sending out an offer. We do not hold rooms until we have received a firm confirmation with a valid credit card number and expiry date. It is therefore in your interests to respond as soon as possible. Every hotel page offers an e-mail facility, this send your enquiry to our reservations staff who will reply with 24 hours.
